On Thursday, Nov. 9, one of Downtown‘s favorite chefs, Raffaele Ronca of Ristorante Rafele together with chef and cook book author Sandra Lee will be hosting Bella Notte, St. Elizabeth Seton Children’s Foundation’s annual fall fundraiser.
The event will be held at St. Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center in Yonkers, and will be a beautiful night with the two chefs. The night starts at 6 p.m. and will have delicious hors d’oeuvres, elegant wine pairings, and a live auction.
Raffaele Ronca and Sandra Lee have planned out the perfect appetizers and their wine pairings, which will feature mini crab cakes with Prosecco, Eggplant Rollatini paired with Bramito Chardonnay, veal and beef meatballs accompanied by Chianti Lanciola, and a Farrotto with mushroom stracciatella and truffle oil served with Barbera D’Alba. We promise you won’t be disappointed.
The fundraiser also has more enticing moments such as Bella Notte sung by two of the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center’s children, a video before the auction, and a magnificent dessert.
