Unlike Carrie Bradshaw’s messy apartment, Sarah Jessica Parker’s townhouse décor is perfect. The best part? It is now up for sale.

Although the actress and her family don’t live there, you can see her distinctive taste for furniture and decoration. Set over five floors, the 25ft-wide, 6,800 square foot home has everything you could possibly want.

The full-floor master suite is complete with two walk-in closets perfect for storing a dream-worthy collection of Manolos. The townhouse also boasts seven fireplaces and a landscaped garden floor.

In the penthouse there are five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The two smaller bedrooms are perfect for guest or child’s bedrooms. The master floor is beautifully arranged as an elegant retreat complete with a private terrace, an imported stone fireplace, a hand-carved stone ovular tub, antique tiles, separate sinks,  a shower room, water closet and a windowed walk-in. The master bath also has its own fireplace.

The family floor is illuminated by two oversized skylights. In it there is a separate built-in entertainment system, a small windowed office with a storage closet and a limestone/mosaic half-bath. The garden floor boasts a brand new kitchen, while the parlour floor above has a Juliet balcony off the living and dining rooms providing views over the landscaped garden. The “family floor” is illuminated by two gigantic skylight windows.

It is on the market for $22 million with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, having been bought by Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick in 2011 for just under $19 million.

Whether you’re a fan of Sex and the City or not, you will definitely be a fan of Parker’s “simple home for two.” Check out the décor and have your breath taken away.
