What’s worrying is that CVD kills people at the prime of their lives. It is reported, that on average, 1.5 million adults in the U.S. have heart attacks and strokes every year. Currently, there are about 14 million heart attack survivors living in the US, many of which now suffer from a disability and are still at risk of more heart attacks and strokes.
Research shows that Americans are significantly less healthy than their global peers, however many of us now making necessary changes and are focused on strengthening the most important muscles in our body.
To build a healthier heart, increase stamina and endurance, fitness communities across the cities are organizing fitness classes to cater to a large group of participants.
