Jose Garces’ Amada Opening Soon at Brookfield Place

Noted chef and food network star Jose Garces will open his tapas eatery Amada in Brookfield Place. The restaurant, slated to open soon, already has a location in Philadelphia and will feature Mediterranean flavors that are both celebrated and reinvented by Garces.

This new opening is one of many enterprises by celebrity chefs that are projected to open in downtown Manhattan, including Wolfgang Puck‘s first NYC restaurant called Cut at FiDi’s Four SeasonsTom Colicchio‘s new establishment in The Beekman and Mario Batali‘s Eataly at Four World Trade Center.

Amada will join Brookfield Places many delicious destinations including Le District, Parm and P.J. Clarke’s.
