On a calm, warm summer night, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s Sushi and Sake Sunset Sail is the perfect way to enjoy the harbor. This light dinner sail features a refreshing assortment of four sake flights that are perfectly paired with two plates of sushi. Dinner is served on New York’s newest and most sophisticated schooner, America 2.0. While relaxing and enjoying the calming waves as they brush against the boat, you will observe the New York skyline, Battery Park, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.

Moments before the ship sails off of Chelsea Piers, the sushi is prepared guaranteeing the freshest quality. In additions to the flights of sake, champagne, wine and beer are also provided. It’s the perfect dining experiences for any occasion.

The cruise is a full two hours ensuring guests a gorgeous view of the sunset. The orange and pink sky makes an ideal backdrop against Lady Liberty. It’s one of the most relaxing, early evening sails to go out on. The captain and crew are professional and very knowledgeable in their field. They are able to answer any questions you may have about the city or boat during the cruise. One can only capture the true beauty downtown Manhattan holds from the water.
