As planned, the Seaport District is putting itself on the map as one of New York City’s premiere consumer destinations.

These retailers vary from local to international- one of them being the Amsterdam brand, Scotch & Soda. Although this brand originated in the 1980s, Scotch & Soda is known for its 2001 re-launch spawning from the collaboration of three new owners who came together to reinvent the label. The trendy fashion label has since grown to obtain 100 brick and mortar retail locations worldwide.

“We are very pleased to expand our New York City network downtown into the city’s oldest new neighborhood,” shares Ari Hoffman, Chief Executive Officer of Scotch & Soda in a recent interview with Fox 8 LIVE. “The neighborhood’s sense of authenticity and intimacy suits or brand very well.”
