Superdry sticks to its commitment to British innovation by collaborating with English actor, Idris Elba. Known for his roles in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Takers; The Wire breakout star unveiled his latest fashion collaboration with the contemporary brand. Elba, along with founders, Julian Dunkerton and James Holder presented the Idris Elba + Superdry line at an exclusive event at London Collections: Men this month.
The collaboration serves as one of SuperDry’s initiatives to truly become a global, innovative, lifestyle brand. Aside from being the face of the line, Elba works closely with Holder on the expansion of pieces for men and women of various age groups.

Euan Sutherland, Chief Executive Officer of SuperGroup, released a statement saying, “Idris epitomises everything the Superdry brand stands for. I am thrilled that an international actor and musician of his stature is now our partner and a member of the Superdry family.”
The line will be available around the world in stores, online, and through wholesale in October 2015.
