Hudson Yards To Feature International Food Court

A world-class food court is anticipated when the mini-city, known as Hudson Yards opens for business in 2018.

The highly-anticipated, massive mixed-use development project which has been modeled on the success of Battery Park City, is expected to open an Eataly-style food court called, “The Kitchens.” The food court would occupy the space on the fourth floor of the 75,000-square-foot retail space inside the enormous complex. “The Kitchens” will feature internationally prepared cuisines by well-known chefs and local favorites.

Reportedly, the focus at Hudson Yards will be on prepared food from many different vendors, making it sounds more similar to the upcoming Brookfield Place food court or the Gotham West Market.

There has been some speculation that Anthony Bourdain will make this the location for an upcoming international food market venture with New York Entrepreneur Stephen Werther.

The Hudson Yards complex will also feature nine bars and restaurants, casual and formal eateries located on the top floor overlooking the Public Square.
