The people behind the Flying Cock recently opened a new restaurant in Midtown East, the Horny Ram. If you’re feeling a little adventurous and find yourself looking for brunch in the Midtown area, this spot is a great pick. The Horny Ram has a spacious outdoor terrace, making it perfect for brunch this summer! Not to mention the indoor space, which offers a laid back vibe, filled with people drinking cocktails and beer at the bar.
The Brunch Menu
The Horny Ram makes our wildest brunch dreams come true, serving food just as outrageous as their name. The menu has comfort food and carbs written all over it, as well as your basic avocado toast and kale omelet… But, our advice is to go big or go home. This place has too many intriguing options to try, rather than sticking to your tried-and-true dishes.

Have you ever been torn between ordering a burger or pancakes for brunch? There’s simply no need to choose at the Horny Ram. The pancake burger gives you the best of both worlds: a burger between to pancakes with American cheese, bacon, a fried egg and sweet syrup. If pancakes aren’t your thing, they also offer a classic beef or brunch burger. It’s the perfect hangover food, especially if you add the bottomless option and keep those Bloody Marys and Mimosas coming.
The pancake choice, oh just wait ’til you see it. Fluffy, perfect pancakes filled with chocolate m&ms that gives these golden rounds color and crunch. Served with lots of maple syrup and whipped cream, you got yourself the perfect sugar coma.
It’s obvious that the Horny Ram loves having a little fun with food, and their Chicken & Waffles Sandwich isn’t just Chicken and Waffles. That would be WAY too boring. The generous portion includes a fried egg, cheddar, avocado and maple syrup. At least the avocado contains healthy fats, right?
Desserts
We’re not sure it’s humanly possible to eat brunch at the Horny Ram AND have room for dessert, but deep fried milky ways are apparently a thing. Just putting it out there… We didn’t want you to miss out on any vital information.
