From November 6 to November 15, cider makers from all over New York state will be connecting with buyers in the New York City dining scene to celebrate the thriving craft cider industry and acknowledge heirloom apple varieties.
Cider Week will provide not only educational opportunities to learn more about the cider world, but also will promote events, tastings, dinners and classes to help build awareness for developments in this perfect fall drink.
