For all of you Fresh&Co fans, your day just got a little bit better. The healthy, innovative chain restaurant is opening up a new location in Lower Manhattan today!
In fact, this will be their 13th location and it will be in New York’s finest: Greenwich Village. Located on 58 East 8th St., patrons in this area will no longer have an excuse to not eat healthy.
The menu will feature Fresh&Co’s signature chopped salads, homemade soups, fresh-made sandwiches, collard green wraps, quinoa bowls, cold-pressed juices, and much more. Fresh&Co will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner—including a wide variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options that are packed with the most important ingredient: flavor.
And get this, for those of you who are familiar with this popular healthy-eating restaurant – all of their food items are priced affordably. Fresh&Co has been the go-to spot for local New Yorker’s who love to eat healthy.

There’s no better way to kick off the opening of a new location than to have new seasonal items on the menu, such as the Mexifresco Salad. The salad features diced mangoes, jicama, sugar snap peas, pico de gallo, grilled corn, queso fresco, kale/romaine lettuce mix, and spicy radish-lime vinaigrette dressing.
Next is Summer Quinoa that comes with a side salad with mango, queso fresco, quinoa, grilled corn, black beans, pickled sweet chili, avocado, chimichurri vinaigreete dressing, and a splash of fresh lime juice for a nice tang.
And for all of you sandwich lovers, Fresh&Co is featuring two sandwiches: the Turkey Pastrami Panini with seeded rye, turkey pastrami, chili pickle mix, muenster cheese, arugula, and a spicy mustard; and a Lobster Panini where the base will be a snowflake roll with fresh-made lobster salad, and dill Havarti cheese.

The summer season is about to come to a close, so don’t miss this opening. Today, the doors opened at exactly 6 a.m. Just think of it as a sign to continue eating healthy, or maybe to even start eating healthy!
