As most of you know, Fresh & Co has been known for their healthy food that they offer all around the city. With multiple locations, it’s pretty difficult to not be able to find a Fresh & Co near you. Just recently, Fresh & Co opened their newest location downtown, which will make it their 13th location in the city. In Greenwich Village located on 58 East 8th St., patrons in this area will no longer have an excuse to not eat healthy from here on out.
In 2008, the fast-casual restaurant concept that met the needs and standards of health-seeking New Yorkers everywhere was born. They thrived with seasonal and organic foods that have been expanding over the years. Their items range from chopped salads to a wide variety of homemade soups, freshly-made sandwiches and a vast variety of breakfast offerings. The Fresh & Co Executive Chef nonetheless surprises customers with his creative and unexpected ingredients in the “fast-food” category. Patrons can expect seasonally inspired sandwiches, quinoa breakfast bowls, salads featuring delicious heirloom vegetables varieties and of course much more.
All of their food is delicious of course, but if you’re looking for a fresh and healthy sandwich for the hot summer days and all year long, then Fresh & Co is the place to go. They are not only healthy, but they fill you up and they are the perfect lunch to help keep you sustained all day long.
