Dining Area

Fabio Cucina Italiana provides the ideal setting for anything from an intimate dinner for two, to a private celebration for 90. The new can’t miss dining destination also offers an exclusive option where guests can enjoy sophisticated ambiance and seamless service while enjoying the traditional, Old World flavors that are found only in truly fine Italian cuisine.

Signature dishes to be enjoyed  include Fettuccine alla Fabio, made at your table by Chef Fabio, with porcini mushrooms and a delicate sauce that enhances the woody taste of the mushroom and Risotto Crema di Scampi, which features fresh fish in a velvety sauce. These dishes and more will pair excellently with the superb wine list that the restaurant offers.

To demonstrate his passion and dedication, not just to his dishes but to the customers that will dine at his restaurant,  he will personally prepare any dish for a guest even if it’s not on the menu. Additionally, customers are welcome to bring their own for an additional corking fee, if it is not among the 18 fine wines served by the glass and 64 offerings by the bottle.

To provide the perfect setting for diners, Italian designer Dominic Gasbaroly created a restaurant rich with charm and character.  Large red and gold banquettes run down the main room, separated by a table of Italian cookbooks from around the world. Italian sayings adorn the walls and two gothic chandeliers hang over a private dining area for 12 in the main room.

Fabio Cucina Italiana is delicious to all senses.
