Diego Binetti presented his Spring/Summer 2014 Love Collection on the 9th of September during fashion week. Held at Studio 450, a 14th floor loft with panoramic views of Manhattan and the Hudson River, the studio offered the ideal backdrop for Binetti’s flowing, colorful collection of casual separates and dresses.
Binetti’s unstructured silhouettes complemented the abstract, sometimes tribal prints that dominated the runway. Light materials like mesh, silk and cotton were often subtly embellished and bags and other accessories included fringe and beading as yet another nod to his attention to detail. The combinations made the pieces effortlessly chic and perfect for the customer who desires a youthful, boho sensibility while remaining fashion forward.
