This Sunday, DayLife will launch Lower EAT Side in downtown New York. The street fair-styled party will sample some of the city’s best grub, host activities (e.g., Giant Jenga), and have live music. The event will take place on Orchard St. between East Houston St. and Delancey St. from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

There will be 22 food vendors at the party and cuisine will range from artisan chocolate, to meatballs, to authentic Thai street food. Insomnia Cookies, Speedy Romeo and Pies & Thighs—a comfort food eatery based in Brooklyn, will all be there and are new to DayLife events.

For fashion- related offerings, Qilo will showcase hats, Yaf Sparkle—jewelry and The Hoodie Shop—hoodie sweatshirts. There will be two DJs, DJ Deja and DJ Kai Song, and two musicians, Cake Shop and Ellen Kaye. Kaye will close the party at 4:30 p.m.

You will find activities throughout the festival, including yoga lessons, tarot card readings, and hula hooping. Wear comfortable shoes and come hungry.
