It’s Monday and you deserve a drink already. Sid Gold’s Request Room is the perfect place to go out with your friends on a Monday night after work. This bar is located in Chelsea at 165 W 26th St., and has just the perfect amount of high class status a downtown bar needs.

Patrons can order one of their $13 cocktails that are both pretty and “no joke.” For starters, the El Pepino Fresco is a refreshing choice, which includes tequila, lime, elderflower liqueur, cucumber and creole bitter. The Penicillin is another favorite, which includes islay scotch, lemon, honey, ginger syrup and scotch float. The Texas Porch Sipper is another New York favorite. This vodka, lemon, honey, mint and blackberry drink will have you wanting more. Tonight, the bar’s $10 Monday-night series will bring in a rotating cast of performers, including a one-man orchestra.

At 9:00 p.m. every night, guests are able to look through karaoke-style songbooks and perform on stage. It’s a lively bunch, but definitely a Monday night, or any night, you will never forget.

For more information, patrons can visit their website at sidgolds.com or call the venue at 212-229-1948.
