Downtown Media & Production was founded by a downtown resident in 2001 launching its first magazine in 2010. Our mission is to dedicate our coverage to the diverse culture that exists in Lower Manhattan. Downtown Media’s top priority has been to meet and surpass our reader's and advertisers' needs. We don’t aim to be knowledgeable about every area in New York but rather become an expert in the areas we cover. The Lower Manhattan market is becoming a destination for both retail, dining, and home. Home to hundreds of thousands of workers, one of New York’s fastest-growing residential communities and a thriving international tourist destination – this dynamic area the birthplace of New York has something for everyone. Our job here at Downtown Media is to help you grow your business, with a custom devised program that includes print, digital, sponsorship opportunities, and custom events.
