Veuve Clicquot Champagne Event

The DOWNTOWN team was invited to the Veuve Clicquot Mail event at the Conrad Hotel’s Loop Doopy rooftop bar, and the soiree did not disappoint. The concept of the event was explained to our team; Madame Clicquot ran her champagne empire with the stroke of her pen. Her personal notes to her suppliers and agents kept her company afloat and up to date on everything related to the Veuve Clicquot world. She was a big believer in the personal touch that a hand-written note offered. As a result, in order to pay tribute to her belief in the importance of letter writing, Veuve Clicquot has embarked on a tour to spread the “personal touch” campaign.

Guests at each event will have a chance to write a note on a customized Veuve Clicquot postcard with a branded postage stamp that will be sure to make the recipient smile. Once guests write the note, they drop the postcard into the Veuve Clicquot branded mailbox. Then, they’re treated to a Veuve Ice Pop and privy to discounted glass of the delicious champagne. Well-known DJ Nico was on hand to help kick the event off with great music and complimentary appetizers.

The Veuve Clicquot Mail Truck’s next stops are in Cape Cod, Nantucket, Washington DC and Alexandria, VA . Following its stops in Alexandria, the truck will be traveling to Chicago, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta and Miami. Don’t miss your chance to join in on the fun!
