PERSEPHONE
From Nerai in Midtown comes this beautiful and tasty concoction that is sweet and refreshing, and it is perfect for you and your loved one to sip and enjoy during Valentine’s Day. Check out the recipe here:
INGREDIENTS:
1oz pomegranate juice
1/2oz Cointreau
1/2oz St. Germain
RECIPE:
Put the 1oz of pomegranate juice, 1/2oz Cointreau, and 1/2oz St. Germain into a shaker. Shake and strain into a flute, and top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

INGREDIENTS:
Patron Reposado
Simple Syrup
Lemon Juice
RECIPE:
Start by with a muddling rosemary, an orange slice and 3 cloves.
Then add 2 measures of Patron Reposado, lemon juice and simple syrup to flavor this extract. All ingredients are then double strained and a splash of soda or Malbec wine is floated on top.
