Looking for some awesome restaurants to check out in the Hamptons this summer? Downtown has got “the” hot spot just for you. This Beijing-style restaurant with a modern twist is located in Southampton at 1020 Montauk Highway. Don’t miss out on one of the most desirable dining experiences of the summer at Red Stixs.

While Red Stixs is highly known in the Hamptons, there is also a location in Midtown Manhattan. Red Stixs makes its impression as an upscale Beijing-style restaurant that has actually re-opened its doors for Hamptonites everywhere. Patrons are able to indulge in this unique spin on classic Beijing-style cuisine with a modern twist. Seasoned restaurateurs Michael Reda and David Lee (the original founding partners of Phillipe) team back up with Sean Kehlenbeck and David Schulman, and are already accepting reservations that are being booked months in advance for each weekend this summer. That should tell you to get on the ball with planning your visit at Red Stixs.

Food that customers should expect from Executive Chef, Skinny Mei will be off the menu, and will include specialty items such as black bass with peanuts and pineapples, and guangzhou lobster with coconut and chili peppers. For all of you winos, the restaurant will be expanding its wine list to incorporate more high-end wines out to feature out East.

Celebrities that have given high regards to Red Stixs include Barbara WaltersJason Kidd, Simon Cowell, Michael Strahan; and other member’s of New York’s elite have flocked throughout the Hamptons season.

Chef Mei flaunts his extensive professionalism preparing dishes for high-profile clientele including Tom Hanks/Rita Wilson, Kendall Jenner, P Diddy, Gigi HadidKevin Hart, athletes, musicians, models, and many more!

Because Red Stixs is one of the go-to restaurants in the two of the most high profile areas in the U.S.,  it is no surprise that when patrons come and visit, Red Stixs gives it all that they have to make a huge impression on the public.

On another note, Red Stixs will also be participating in this year’s Dan’s Taste of Two Forks, which is coming back for the second consecutive year.
