Executive chef Carmine Di Giovanni has just revamped the menu at Greenwich Project, a modern American restaurant with influences from French and Mediterranean cuisine.

Stars on the menu include a mouthwatering Pork Belly Hash with silky poached eggs on top and a truly delicious Chicken Paillard. The restaurant, an upscale eatery with a homey feel, is located in a two-story townhouse in Greenwich Village, giving a cozy reprieve as the weather gets colder. The restaurant is a great brunch spot, offering interesting cocktails like the ‘What’s Up Doc?,’ a fresh combination of carrot, celery, vodka and ginger alongside the creative Cornflake Crusted French Toast. For some extra sweetness, the cinnamon sugar dusted Beignets are yummy little mouthfuls.
