Design, Demo, and Discuss the Future

by | Jun 1, 2015 | Business, Coming Up, Events

Upon first glance, Hudson Square is a grid of towering 1920s art deco buildings and expansive roads. Yet unbeknownst to some, tucked away in the neighborhood’s numerous lofts, creativity is stirring. As a center of innovation; it’s only appropriate for the neighborhood to be the subject of the upcoming event “Hudson Square in 3D: Design, Demo, Discuss”.

Organized by the Hudson Square Connection, the two-day event will explore design, technology and media with a series of free and ticketed events from June 10 to 11.

The objective of the event is to showcase the developments in 3D technology, podcasting, modular synthesizers, and more. Even if you’re not a proclaimed techie, Hudson Square Connection encourages people of all technological capabilities to attend.

“The creative energy in the Hudson Square neighborhood is palpable and infectious,” said Ellen Baer, Hudson Square Connection’s President and CEO. “Hudson Square in 3D will showcase the ideas, people, and technologies that are transforming our neighborhood, city and world.”

Hudson Square in 3D will introduce the players, innovations, and ideas influencing the realm of design.

The event will take place in different venues around the Hudson Square neighborhood.

Attendees will have the opportunity to observe and interact with the latest technologies that are shaping the creative space.
