1. Start at City Hall early, bike over the Brooklyn Bridge before the tourists wake up, weave through Brooklyn Heights and enjoy the historic architecture and tree lined streets. Head down the end of Atlantic Ave, under the highway overpass and pop out at Brooklyn Bridge Park. Head through the park, enjoying the lower Manhattan skyline views (staying on the bikeway please!) over to DUMBO and dock at the Old Fulton Street station. Grab an iced coffee at Brooklyn Roasting Company or a pastry at Almondine. ~4 miles.
