Imagination in Space and FAME by Alex Mitow present the first-ever Bone Broth Festival Saturday from noon to 7:30pm at the inflatable Sugarcube at The Seaport.
Katz’s Deli, TriBeCa hotspot Belle Reve, Nolita’s Baz Bagel + Restaurant, Venezuelan Caracas Arepa Bar, Jamaican Spur Tree, FAME and Harlem’s Bone Deep and Harmony are preparing divine slow-simmered broths with signature garnishes. Like Kobe beef broth with lemongrass, herbs, dry sake and chili floater. Or red snapper, scotch bonnet pepper, banana, garlic. Or sancocho with beef shank, culantro, yautia and yucca.
